Never received my order been about a month. No communication or customer service or support. Companies on Trustpilot aren’t allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews. Great experience working with Kraken, the quality of product was great but the stand out element for me was the level of communication and customer service. Built my own website and was getting help with the theme’s problems from the Theme’s developers.

I am extremely disappointed with Kraken. My brother opened an account last week and immediately received a German IBAN in his own name (Clear Junction). Kraken is no longer what it used to be – perhaps a victim of its own success. Even worse, one of your agents gave me false information, claiming that I could simply continue making deposits to the Payward Ireland Ltd IBAN and that the funds would be credited. That is what I have been doing for years, depositing more than €20,000 this way – but this does not answer my request at all.If you do not provide me with the personal IBAN I requested, I will close my account. Not only does this greatly simplify deposits, but I also find it unacceptable that your agents provide misleading information instead of real solutions.Note that we are both in the same country.

I’ve also emailed customer support multiple times, but I’ve received absolutely no response.It’s utterly ridiculous. Kraken makes depositing easy, but withdrawing funds is nearly impossible. The way they treat their clients is completely unacceptable. I’ve already reported this issue to my bank, as I cannot continue to deal with this level of service. I would advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Used their service several times and will do so again. On each deliverable there was placeholders from the original theme that was not changed, there was no creativity from the project manager or the developer handling my project. I’ve had better experiences with freelancers on Upwork than this Full stack WordPress development firm. My attempt to use Kraken has been a complete disaster due to their verification process. Their team demonstrates sheer incompetence, repeatedly asking me for documents that simply do not exist in Slovakia. It’s an infuriating, endless loop of bureaucracy with no regard for country-specific realities.Their support reps are useless, context-deaf NPCs. You wait days for a reply, only to get a generic response that completely ignores everything you’ve said.

She also helped me create some SMART goals, working through them step by step and gave me resources for me to use moving forward.I very much appreciate her time and would highly recommend her both as a mentor and marketer. I recently purchased some Kraken Bond superglue. After opening it, I noticed there was no instruction label on how to use it. There was no opening at the tip of the nozzle, instead, I could only find the large opening on the cap which would be much too large to apply glue precisely.
